Jonathan Richard Cring

In 2002, author Jonathan Richard Cring was approached by his son, filmmaker Jon Russel Cring, who asked him to begin writing screenplays for him. Jonathan agreed to try, and found he had a knack for the art. He has since been named the in-house screenwriter for the Extra/Ordinary Film Project-twelve feature length films in twelve months. Mr. Cring's screenplays now number in the twenties, both shorts and feature-lengths, and cover all genres: comedy, drama, horror, psychological thriller, romantic comedy. In 2007 he received the Best Screenplay Award from the Top Ten Films in America for Bernee.
